GiulioTanini Group has contributed to the construction of the JK Hotels in Rome, Paris and Capri, intervening on bathrooms and common areas with tailor-made workmanship dedicated to a luxury hotel industry with a distinctive and international character.
The Hotel JK Rome, Paris and Capri project testifies to the ability to operate in multiple locations, defining environments in which luxury, design and manufacturing tradition come together.
In the bathrooms, custom-made marble wall tiles have been created, with a selection of fine natural materials including Zimbabwe Black Granite, Honey Onyx, Burgundy Stone, Black Kenya, Carrara White, Bardiglio Imperiale and Petit Granit, helping to define elegant environments consistent with the identity of the structure.
The common areas have been enhanced with floors that integrate marble and antique oak, made of Versailles planks and tiles, creating material continuity and a warm and timeless atmosphere. The intervention was completed by the coordinated selection of taps and sanitary ware, strengthening the overall quality of the hospitality project.
The project involved the Group in defining the wellness spaces of three iconic historical residences across the peninsula, transformed into artist retreats and sustainable tourism destinations.
The project demonstrates the Group’s ability to enhance historic residences and high-end hospitality settings, creating environments in which luxury, design, and manufacturing tradition come together.
