Established after the Second World War thanks to the entrepreneurial spirit of our founder Giulio Tanini, the company soon became a benchmark for building and interior décor industry in Tuscany. In the early 1960s, it inaugurated a state-of-the-art showroom in Florence, dedicated to sales of bathroom furnishing accessories and ceramic products.

Before long, the company became a group, growing its business to encompass major projects, hotels and retail, expanding beyond Italy and developing two divisions focusing on hospitality industry and contract market.

The next step was the creation of two in-house lines for bathrooms, Devon&Devon and Ex.t.

In the meantime, the Florence showroom was revamped, bringing in new products and furnishing accessories to create a comprehensive selection.

The digital revolution began in 2015, with the creation of TaniniHome, the online store that enabled the group to introduce the GiulioTanini store to new customers all around the world. Its success ultimately led to a transformation of the Florence showroom: in 2021, the original name was abandoned to create a space combining digital and in-person retail, offering customers a unique shopping experience.
