For a private house in Marina di Pietrasanta , GiulioTanini Group followed an integrated intervention that included the construction of the outdoor swimming pool, the expansion of the main structure and the supply of materials and furnishings.
A realization that confirms the experience in the management of high-end residential interventions, where technical coordination and executive quality are central elements of the construction process.
The intervention concerned the volumetric extension of the existing building, with particular attention to the architectural continuity between the new construction and the original body. The construction of the outdoor swimming pool was developed in line with the landscape context, integrating materials and finishes capable of dialoguing with the coastal environment.
To complete the project, the supply of indoor and outdoor furniture helped to define a contemporary and functional language, ensuring consistency between architecture, outdoor spaces and living environments.
The architecture, characterized by a Brutalist language and the use of innovative construction technologies in concrete and wood, is inspired by the great masters of Modernism, integrating harmoniously into the hillside landscape.
Castiglioncello's project confirms the experience in the creation of custom-made luxury residences, where the craftsmanship of stone and the management of customized finishes are central elements to meet the high expectations of the client.
