For the SYNLAB project at Manifattura Tabacchi in Florence , GiulioTanini Group contributed to the creation of the spaces through the supply and installation of surfaces and construction systems dedicated to a contemporary healthcare context.
The project confirms the experience in the management of interventions for healthcare facilities, where executive quality and technical coordination are central elements of the implementation process.
The intervention included PVC floors and walls, selected to ensure hygiene, durability and ease of maintenance, fundamental requirements in high-traffic medical environments. Resilient surfaces ensure aesthetic continuity and technical performance consistent with healthcare industry standards.
The construction of plasterboard, MDF and metal false ceilings, together with plasterboard walls and painting, completed the intervention, contributing to the integration of systems, acoustic control and the functional definition of the spaces. The project confirms GiulioTanini Group’s experience in the management of interventions for healthcare facilities, where executive quality and technical coordination are central elements of the construction process.
Our collaboration took place within a highly technically complex context, involving the demolition of existing industrial structures and the repurposing of spaces to create an office campus.
The intervention saw the Group engaged in the technical supply for an art treasure chest that houses the largest concentration of Florentine monumental sculpture.
