GiulioTanini provided its technical and operational support for the realization of the finishing works within Manifattura Tabacchi , one of the most ambitious and significant urban regeneration projects in Europe, located in the heart of Florence.
The intervention saw the company engaged in a complete service of supply and installation of complex solutions, essential for defining the volumes and functionality of the spaces.
The project testifies to GiulioTanini’s ability to operate as an integrated partner in large-scale construction sites, where the management of technical detail and executive coordination are essential to transform a historic industrial architecture into a contemporary hub of excellence. The complexity of the processes, carried out with millimetric rigor, reflects our approach oriented towards construction solidity and process control, ensuring impeccable material consistency between the pre-existing monuments and the new intended uses.
Through the supply of technical materials and surfaces, GiulioTanini has contributed to defining an environment in which the culture of making meets design innovation, consolidating its role as a reference point for architectural firms, developers and investors in the international Real Estate and Contract sector.
The intervention, commissioned by the Montenegro Group, transformed a 700 square meter former artisan workshop into a narrative architecture that celebrates the historic bitter Select through a sophisticated reinterpretation of "Venetianity".
The project confirms GiulioTanini Group's experience in managing supplies of stone materials for international boutiques and flagship stores, where quality of materials, executive precision and consistency with the brand identity are central elements of the manufacturing process.
