The GiulioTanini has consolidated its role as a premier design partner by participating in Italian Villages, Airbnb's global initiative dedicated to the enhancement of small Italian villages through design and contemporary art.
The project involved the Group in defining the wellness spaces of three iconic historical residences across the peninsula, transformed into artist retreats and sustainable tourism destinations.
The project demonstrates GiulioTanini’s logistical and technical capacity to manage simultaneous supplies on a national scale, operating within diverse architectural contexts subject to significant heritage preservation constraints. From the regeneration of Casa Cuoco in Civitacampomarano to the redevelopment of the Social Hostel in Lavenone, and the spaces of Palazzo Panitteri in Sambuca di Sicilia, the company worked alongside designers to integrate contemporary design into centuries-old architecture..
The project involved the complete supply of bathroom furnishings for three different apartments, where the selection of sanitary ware, faucets, and accessories was curated to dialogue with site-specific installations and the color palettes chosen by the interior designers. Each bathroom environment was finished to ensure an experience of total comfort, elevating the standard of rural hospitality through noble materials and executive precision.
This international collaboration confirms GiulioTanini as a strategic partner for major developers and global platforms, capable of translating visions of territorial regeneration into luxury and prestigious living realities.
