GiulioTanini contributed to the prestigious Radisson project, under the direction of CO.GE.FA spa, providing and installing advanced surface solutions for a contemporary and functional hospitality facility.
The project demonstrates the Group’s ability to manage complex contracts in the hospitality sector, creating environments in which technical efficiency and aesthetic research come together to meet international standards.
High-end porcelain stoneware flooring and wall coverings were installed in the interior spaces, selected to ensure durability and a refined design. The intervention involved the use of a wide range of technical materials, including SPC and PVC flooring, ideal for combining high acoustic performance and ease of maintenance without compromising material quality and appearance.
The common areas and corridors were enhanced through the installation of high-quality carpets and raised access flooring, versatile solutions that ensure systems flexibility and superior environmental comfort. The intervention was completed with the meticulous installation of coordinated skirting boards, defining every detail with tailored precision and reinforcing the overall quality of the project.
The project involved the Group in defining the wellness spaces of three iconic historical residences across the peninsula, transformed into artist retreats and sustainable tourism destinations.
