GiulioTanini took part in and contributed to the project of The Social Hub in Florence in viale Belfiore, providing advanced solutions in the field of false ceilings and cladding.
In the creation of these spaces dedicated to students, digital nomads, travelers, we have put our experience and dedication into play to ensure functional environments with an attractive design.
GiulioTanini Group contributed to the creation of The Social Hub spaces, intervening in the supply and installation of false ceilings, technical materials and furnishings in a context that integrates hospitality, temporary housing and coworking.
The intervention included false ceilings designed to integrate systems and improve acoustic comfort, as well as the installation of carpet, porcelain stoneware, SPC/LVT surfaces, PVC floors and coordinated skirting boards. The materials have been selected to ensure durability, safety and ease of maintenance in high-traffic environments.
The project confirms GiulioTanini Group’s experience in the management of interventions for student housing and mixed-use spaces, where executive quality and technical coordination are central elements of the construction process.
